Welcome to Signature Elite Travel, a brand that has proudly emerged from the distinguished legacy of Travel By Design, serving clients since 1998. Between 1998 and 2013, Brenda Jowers was instrumental in Private Resort Travel. In 2020, Brenda partnered with Kristen Kessel to transform Travel By Design from a public travel agency into a private travel concierge service. We opened our satellite office in Burnet, Texas, in January 2020, and in 2026, we rebranded as Signature Elite Travel to better cater to the unique needs of our private clients.
