Concierge Engagement Fee

The Private Client Concierge Engagement Fee is a service-based fee for travel advisory, planning, and concierge services.

Cancellation Period

Clients may cancel within five (5) business days of enrollment for a full refund.

After Cancellation Period

After the cancellation period has expired:

• Fees are non-refundable

• Services are considered actively rendered

Travel Bookings

All travel bookings made through third-party suppliers are subject to the supplier’s individual cancellation and refund policies.

Dispute Resolution

Clients agree to contact Signature Elite Travel directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.
