By accessing and using the services of Signature Elite Travel, LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided

Signature Elite Travel provides travel advisory, planning, and concierge coordination services. We assist clients in researching, designing, and booking travel experiences through third-party suppliers.

Third-Party Suppliers

All travel services including accommodations, transportation, and experiences are fulfilled by independent third-party providers. These providers maintain their own terms and conditions, which apply to your bookings.

No Ownership Interest

Signature Elite Travel does not sell timeshares, real estate, or ownership interests. All services are advisory and coordination-based only.

Fees

Clients may be charged a Private Client Concierge Engagement Fee for access to travel advisory and concierge services. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and agreed to in writing.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, supplier terms, and confirming accuracy of personal and travel details.

Limitation of Liability

Signature Elite Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Signature Elite Travel is registered.
